Elias its reliable in his work and punctuality. A good guy who knows what he is doing and will stay with the job until it is successfully completed. His pricing is reasonable. I’d use him again….my best testimonial.

My company has worked with Landa Plumbing and its owner Elias for over 5 years. My company, Astound Property Management and Real Estate, requires our vendors to do quality work, be prompt and courteous. Landa Plumbing not only meets these standards but surpasses them.
Elias will take the time to explain what the problem is and what was necessary to get it repaired. He has educated me on plumbing which has helped me in my business. When a tenant has a plumbing issue I know what questions to ask to get a better idea of the exact problem.

Elias is an excellent plumber. I’ve used him personally and sent him to a client. I was impressed! He showed up on time, was pleasant, explained everything and did professional job installing my three sinks during a remodeling project. HIs rates were reasonable. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I called Elias Landa after readying his excellent reviews here in yelp and he most certainly lived up to his good reputation! I’ve had issues with my water heater not heating and called the place where I purchased my unit 3 yrs ago (Sears….never again!!). The sears service guy claimed it was a plumbing issue rather than a water heater problem, so I contacted Mr Elias Landa, who not only came after hours and went through a thorough check-up, but also diagnosed the problem (as we suspected,, it was not actually a plumbing issue, but a problem with heater) and got on the phone with Sears for me to let them know exactly what needed to happen. He is reasonably priced, a very nice person, responsive, timely, and most definitely knows his business and is very competent. He is from this day on the person I will call if I need a plumber!

I called a friend who is a handyman for plumbing help, and he recommended Elias Landa. I could not have been more pleased. Elias called me back within an hour and was at my doorstep 4 hours later, at the agreed on time. He was polite and thorough, donning booties to protect my floors and explaining everything he was going to do. He cleaned the 2 offending drains and cleaned up beautifully. I would recommend his services to anyone and everyone.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped working by 8 pm on Sunday night. I called Elias that evening and we spoke about what was going on. He was at my house by noon the next day, Monday, and he spent much of the afternoon flushing out the system. He had to order a new ignitor and he said it would not be til Thursday that it would come in. Luckily for us, it came in on Tuesday afternoon. Elias was over as soon as he could, installed it and we had hot water again by Tuesday night. Thank goodness we only had to shower at a friend’s house for one night. Elias saved the week for us! Awesome job, my friend. Your 5 star review is well earned as well as my future referrals.

I use Landa Plumbing and recommend them highly. Elias is very responsive and thoroughly explains all his work. I just had a pipe burst and he was so great – came out to the house the same day even though my emergency call was late in the day – he fixed everything.

We cannot say enough about Elias. He’s honest, gives great insight, And will not overcharge you at all. He is incredibly friendly and will advise you of anything in your Project scope that might pose an issue. There will never be any surprises. In fact he will come out same day to check on some thing you’re concerned about. He has done so countless times and put our concerns at ease. Elias worked on both of our bathrooms, some issues with water in our garage, a full system snake due to the age of our house, And installing the sink in our kitchen and hooking up our dishwasher and fridge. He’s done it all for us and I trust him fully with all our needs. For one of our bathrooms we had him move the showerhead and the location of the toilet which was quite a challenging project but he got the job done perfectly. Lastly Elias was able to come within a days notice to help retire/drain our radiant system after we noticed that moisture was coming up through the floor. We have used Elias in this house as well as our other house where he had to repair both toilets. He’s outstanding and timely and we highly recommend him.

Best plumbing work we’ve ever had!  Elias is the most knowledgeable professional in the the industry that we’ve ever worked with.  He knows the science of the different metals and how they should be used, he’s analytical, honest, great at communicating this complex information and an incredibly good person.  Elias is also qualified to work on gas lines; not all plumbers have this professional qualification and knowledge.  He actually just repaired our gas line and did the best job ever!  He also replaced our toilette and fixed a leak; hasn’t leaked since and is remarkably leak free!  The area has dried around where the leak was, because his work is squeaky clean! He doesn’t cut corners and leave you with problems; he is analytical and efficient.  When he gets the job done; it is done and done incredibly well.  He doesn’t leave skeletons in your closet; he leaves his work clean, efficient and reliably sturdy.  This is literally the greatest plumber you could ever ask for.  Thank you Elias for doing such a great job on our home and increasing the safety of my household with your incredible work! -Jason

I called Landa Plumbing and worked with Elias Landa Jr. He was very professional and courteous on the phone, email and text. He was hired to do an install of a gas earth quake valve and replace a pipe on the gas line. I like things done right and for the finished product to look great. He did exactly what he said he would do and made me fully aware of what he could not do. I liked that I knew what to expect when the work was done. I got exactly what the said he was going to do and to my complete satisfaction. He was detailed, precise, and thorough. He left no messes and was very conscience of my property. I definitely will call this company again, if I need any plumbing or any service that they provide.

Elias is just the best plumber you can ever find. He is professional, skillful, and understanding of whatever the plumbing problems you have. Elias changed 2 toilets in our old house, 1 traditional, 1 new electric TOTO, and he did a beautiful job for both. Highly, highly recommended Elias!

Elias is the best. When another plumber failed to clean out our post Thanksgiving kitchen drain clog (after 2 hours of trying), Elias rode in on his white horse and had the line cleared within one hour. He’s a nice man and he knows his stuff. We put his number on speed dial…

Elias is absolutely the best! I would recommend him for any/all of your plumbing needs. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We had a fairly aggressive new leak, and a long term plumbing issue related to our refrigerator. Landa is a family owned business and I was pleased that when I called them Elias Landa answered the phone (other plumbers that I called in the past sent me to voice mail and then didn’t respond until the next day or didn’t respond at all). We chatted about the problems, sent some photos, Elias told us what he suspected and then he came out the next day and solved the problems. He is a very nice man, very professional, honest, fairly priced and an expert in his field. I will use him again and highly recommend his talent.
